“When I say it’…

“When I say it’s you I like, I’m talking about that part of you that knows that life is far more than anything you can ever see or hear or touch. That deep part of you that allows you to stand for those things without which humankind cannot survive. Love that conquers hate, peace that rises triumphant over war, and justice that proves more powerful than greed.”
~Fred Rogers~

“The great bene…

“The great benefit of science is that it can make a tremendous contribution to the alleviation of suffering on a physical level, but it is only by cultivating the qualities of the human heart and transforming our attitudes that we can begin to address and overcome our mental suffering. We need both, since the alleviation of suffering must take place on both a physical and a psychological level.”
~Dalai Lama~

The truest way to demonstrate strength and fearlessness is to only express that which is eternal. Love is the only eternal,There is no need to judge because it is either Love or a call for Love so the only real answer to any situation, conflict or question is Love,.

The Dark Journey (follow me)

Follow me on my journey through this life

On the path mined with toil and strife

Through the thicket full of thorn

Where miseries of life are conceived and born

Now up a steep and rocky grade

To help me over the walls i made

Then down into the jungle of dark and gloom

Where ravenous beasts ponder my doom

And increase the desire for what i lust

So escape… i will… i must

Now lost in the darkness down deep within

I stumble not knowing where to begin

Nor how to find my way through this maze

Feeling lost and alone in what seems my darkest of daze…

“William James Wilkerson”

Wise old words

Go placidly amid the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence

As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons,

Speak your truth quietly and clearly and listen to others Even the dull and ignorant they too have their story.

Avoid loud and aggressive persons they are vexations to the spirit.

If you compare yourself with others you may become vain and bitter For all ways there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.

Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans, Keep interested in your career however humble, It is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time. Exercise caution in your business affairs, for the world is full of trickery. But let this not blind you to what virtue there is many persons strive for high ideals, And everywhere life is full of heroism.

Be true to yourself and especially do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love, for, in the face of all aridity & disenchantment it is perennial as the grass.

Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. Nurture strength and spirit to shield you in case of misfortune.

But do not distress yourself with imaginings; many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.

Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe, No less than the trees and the stars, you have a right to be here.

And whether or not it is clear to you, No doubt, the universe is unfolding as it should, Therefore be at peace with God whatever you conceive Him to be, and whatever your labors & aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life Keep peace with your soul. With all of its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy.
